The Moonglows

The Moonglows were an American rhythm and blues group active from 1953 to 1960. Operating during the height of the doo-wop era, the ensemble became notable for their contributions to 1950s R&B music. Their recording "Sincerely" achieved significant commercial success, reaching the top position on the Billboard R&B chart and climbing to number 20 on the Billboard Juke Box chart. The group's work exemplified the vocal harmony style that defined the period.
