Black Tie White Noise is Bowie's eighteenth studio album, released in April 1993 through different labels in the US and UK. It was created following Bowie's marriage to model Iman and after his rock band Tin Machine disbanded. The album was recorded throughout 1992 across multiple studios in Montreux, Los Angeles, and New York City, featuring various guest musicians alongside Bowie.
