Deeds of Flesh is an American brutal and technical death metal band originating from Los Osos, California. Formed in 1993 by Jacoby Kingston, Erik Lindmark, and Joey Heaslet, the group established themselves as key figures in the death metal scene. Beyond their musical output, the band founded Unique Leader Records, a label that has grown to support numerous death metal acts internationally. With nine studio albums to their name, including their 2020 release Nucleus, Deeds of Flesh remain influential contributors to the brutal death metal genre.
