Faith No More

Faith No More is an American rock band from San Francisco, California, that emerged from the San Francisco music scene in the late 1970s. The group became a major force in alternative and experimental rock through their innovative fusion of metal, funk, and post-punk influences. The classic lineup, featuring bassist Billy Gould, drummer Mike Bordin, keyboardist and rhythm guitarist Roddy Bottum, guitarist Jim Martin, and vocalist Mike Patton—who joined in 1988—established the band's distinctive sound on their debut album. Known for their genre-defying approach and eclectic style, Faith No More remained influential throughout their career until disbanding in 2021.
