Angel Dust is the fourth studio album by the American rock band Faith No More, released in mid-1992 through Slash and Reprise Records. It followed their successful 1989 album The Real Thing and marked the final studio effort featuring guitarist Jim Martin. The record represented vocalist Mike Patton's first album where he significantly contributed to the band's creative direction. The band deliberately shifted away from their previous funk metal approach toward a more theatrical aesthetic.
