Stand Up is the second studio album by British rock band Jethro Tull, released in 1969. It marked the first appearance of guitarist Martin Barre, who would remain with the band as a core member until their initial breakup in 2011. The album came together after original guitarist Mick Abrahams left the group due to creative disagreements with frontman Ian Anderson regarding musical direction and style.
