Buddy Holly and Norman Petty co-wrote this song, which was recorded with the Dick Jacobs Orchestra in New York City in October 1958, shortly before Holly's death. The track first appeared on the posthumous album The Buddy Holly Story, Vol. 2 in March 1960. As a single, it reached number 25 on the UK chart in May 1960 but failed to chart in the US. A 1988 UK re-release achieved number 65 on the charts.
