"Erotic City" is a collaborative track by Prince and Sheila E., initially released as a B-side to the 1984 single "Let's Go Crazy" and later as part of the 12" version of "Girls & Boys" in 1986. Prince both wrote and produced the track. The song was inspired by Prince attending a Parliament-Funkadelic performance at the Beverly Theatre in Los Angeles in 1983. It received a CD reissue on "The Hits/The B-Sides" in 1993 and appeared on film soundtracks for "PCU" (1994) and "Girl 6" (1996). Rolling Stone ranked it among the "200 Greatest Dance Songs of All Time" in 2022.
