The Ataris

The Ataris are an American punk rock band from Anderson, Indiana, formed in 1996. Throughout their career spanning from the late 1990s to the 2000s, they released five studio albums, establishing themselves within the pop punk and punk rock genres. Their breakthrough came with their major label debut album in 2003, which achieved gold certification and became their most commercially successful release. The band gained widespread recognition through a cover of a classic rock song from that same album, which reached high positions on music charts. Kris Roe has remained the band's central figure as vocalist, songwriter, and guitarist since their inception.
