The Perceptionists
The Perceptionists are an American hip hop group originating from Boston, Massachusetts. Formed in 2004, the trio originally comprised Mr. Lif, Akrobatik, and DJ Fakts One, and secured a recording contract with Definitive Jux. The group released their debut album, Black Dialogue, in 2005, establishing themselves within underground hip hop circles. Following the album's release, DJ Fakts One departed the group. The remaining duo of Mr. Lif and Akrobatik continued their collaborative work, eventually releasing their second studio album, Resolution, in 2017.
