Rufus
Rufus & Chaka Khan was an American funk ensemble from Chicago that achieved prominence during the 1970s and early 1980s. The group served as the launching pad for lead vocalist Chaka Khan's solo career, while establishing themselves as a significant force in contemporary R&B and funk. Their commercial success included four consecutive number-one R&B albums, ten top 40 pop hits, and five number-one R&B singles.
