Lisa Scott-Lee is a Welsh vocalist born in St Asaph, Wales. She gained prominence as a member of Steps, a pop group formed in 1997 that achieved significant commercial success in the UK. In 2003, Scott-Lee pursued a solo career after signing with Mercury Records, though her initial releases generated limited commercial traction. She was subsequently dropped from the label following her second single. Scott-Lee continued her solo work independently, releasing her debut album Never or Now in 2007 through Concept Records. She remains associated with both her group work and her independent musical endeavors.
