"Dear God" is a non-album single by English rock band XTC, written by Andy Partridge. The track was originally composed for the album Skylarking but was excluded due to objections from both Partridge and Virgin Records. Following significant airplay from college radio stations in America, the US distributor Geffen Records decided to reissue Skylarking with the song included.
