Frankie Negrón

Frankie Negrón is a Puerto Rican salsa singer and songwriter who began his career in 1977. Known for blending traditional salsa with contemporary influences—including pop, rock, gospel, R&B, hip-hop, and reggaetón—Negrón helped define a generation of tropical music innovators. His work places him alongside other notable soneros who expanded the boundaries of salsa music. Negrón's musical family includes his siblings Jaqueline, a singer and dancer, and David.
