Don Drummond
Drummond was a Jamaican ska musician active from 1932 to 1969. Born in Jamaica, he became involved in the ska scene during its formative years in the mid-twentieth century. Drummond's career spanned the development and rise of ska as a distinctly Jamaican musical genre, which blended Caribbean rhythms with elements of rhythm and blues and mento.
