Deströyer 666 is an Australian black and thrash metal band established in 1994 by vocalist and guitarist K. K. Warslut in Melbourne. The group later relocated to Europe by 2001, expanding their reach beyond their homeland. Known for their aggressive musical style, the band has released six studio albums throughout their career. Their lyrics frequently explore themes of blasphemy, nihilism, philosophical concepts from Nietzsche, and warfare, establishing a distinctive thematic identity within the extreme metal genre.
