Svetlana Ražnatović, professionally known as Ceca, is a Serbian folk and turbo-folk singer born in 1973. She achieved prominence following her recording debut in 1988 and has since established herself as one of Serbia's most commercially successful recording artists. Throughout her career, she has released sixteen studio albums and accumulated approximately seven million record sales worldwide. Known by the honorific title "Serbian Mother," Ceca has become a defining figure in contemporary Serbian popular music and remains influential within the folk and turbo-folk genres.
