This track was created by ABBA members Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus as a homage to Stockholm. Released in September 1978 through Polar Music as a standalone single, it became the group's second non-album release following "Fernando". Though recorded alongside material for their sixth studio album Voulez-Vous, it did not appear on that 1979 release but was later added to their Greatest Hits Vol. 2 compilation. The songwriters have expressed dissatisfaction with the final production mix.
