"Just My Imagination" was released as the third single from the Cranberries' fourth studio album, Bury the Hatchet, in August 1999. A music video for the track was produced and directed by Phil Harder to support the single's release. The song was later re-recorded in an acoustic arrangement, which appeared on the band's 2017 album Something Else.
