True is the third studio album by Spandau Ballet, released in March 1983 on Chrysalis Records. Songwriter Gary Kemp shifted the band's musical direction toward soul and R&B influences following their second album, inspired by artists like Marvin Gaye and Al Green. The album incorporated saxophonist Steve Norman's instrumental contributions and was largely recorded at Compass Point Studios in the Bahamas.
