This track appears as the ninth song on Pink Floyd's 1973 album The Dark Side of the Moon. Roger Waters composed and performed the original vocal. Waters continued to perform the piece during his solo career, while David Gilmour took over lead vocal duties when Pink Floyd played it live during the Division Bell Tour. The song was initially titled "Lunatic" during its development phase. A digital single version was released in January 2023 as part of promotional efforts for the album's fiftieth anniversary reissue.
