Sisters With Voices (SWV) is an American R&B vocal trio from New York City comprising Cheryl "Coko" Gamble, Tamara "Taj" George, and Leanne "Lelee" Lyons. Originally formed as a gospel group in 1988, the group transitioned into R&B and became a major force in the genre throughout the 1990s. SWV achieved numerous chart successes, including the Billboard Hot 100 number-one hit "Weak" and several top-ten singles such as "Right Here," "I'm So into You," and "You're the One." The group disbanded in 1998 to pursue individual careers but reunited in 2005. To date, SWV has sold over 5.4 million albums globally and 6.5 million singles in the United States.
