Motörhead

Motörhead were an English rock band established in London in 1975 by bassist and vocalist Lemmy Kilmister, guitarist Larry Wallis, and drummer Lucas Fox. Kilmister remained the group's primary composer and sole consistent member throughout their four-decade existence. The band helped pioneer the new wave of British heavy metal movement, which revitalized the genre during the late 1970s and 1980s. While various musicians cycled through the lineup, their commercially successful period featured drummer Phil "Philthy Animal" Taylor and guitarist "Fast" Eddie Clarke. The band's final era, spanning 1992 to their 2015 dissolution, included Kilmister, guitarist Phil Campbell, and drummer Mikkey Dee.
