Justin Timberlake is an American singer, songwriter, actor, record producer, and dancer born in 1981. Known as the "Prince of Pop," he has established himself as one of the most commercially successful recording artists of the twenty-first century. His musical output spans pop, electropop, dance-pop, R&B, and synth funk. Timberlake has earned numerous accolades throughout his career, including ten Grammy Awards, four Primetime Emmy Awards, three Brit Awards, and nine Billboard Music Awards, among others. He was recognized by Billboard as among the greatest pop stars of the contemporary era and received the Songwriters Hall of Fame's Contemporary Icon Award. His artistic achievements further include MTV's Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.
