Ed Sheeran

Ed Sheeran is an English singer-songwriter born in Halifax, West Yorkshire, and raised in Framlingham, Suffolk. He began composing songs at around age eleven and developed his craft throughout his teenage years. In early 2011, Sheeran independently released the extended play No.5 Collaborations Project, which helped establish his presence in the music industry. That same year, he secured a recording contract with Asylum Records. Working across pop, folk, and soft rock genres, Sheeran has become known for his approach to songwriting and guitar-based compositions.
