Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young was an American rock supergroup formed in 1969, featuring singer-songwriters David Crosby, Stephen Stills, and Graham Nash, with Canadian artist Neil Young as an additional member. The ensemble became renowned for their sophisticated vocal harmonies and significant impact on American popular music and culture. Beyond their musical achievements, the group was recognized for their political engagement and advocacy. Despite internal conflicts that periodically strained relationships among members, they remained influential figures in rock and folk music until their final active period ended in 2015.
