Marco Antonio Solís

Marco Antonio Solís is a Mexican musician, singer, songwriter, and record producer born in Ario de Rosales, Michoacán. He began performing at age six alongside his cousin as Los Hermanitos Solís before co-founding the influential band Los Bukis in 1975, where he served as lead vocalist, guitarist, and primary songwriter. Following the group's dissolution after nearly two decades, Solís transitioned to a successful solo career, debuting with the album En Pleno Vuelo in 1996. His work spans ballad, Latin pop, and ranchera styles, establishing him as a significant figure in Mexican popular music.
