MAC 10 is a compact submachine gun developed by Gordon Ingram in 1964. Operating on a blowback mechanism, the weapon was officially designated as the M10 or M-10 but became widely known by its abbreviated name. The firearm is available in two calibers: .45 ACP and 9mm. A notable feature of the MAC 10 is its compatibility with a two-stage suppressor manufactured by Sionics, which reduces acoustic signature while improving controllability during automatic fire.
