Lorrie Morgan is an American country and contemporary country music singer and actress born in 1959. The daughter of country musician George Morgan, she began performing professionally at age 13. Morgan charted her first single in 1979 and achieved major commercial success between 1988 and 1999 while recording for RCA Records and BNA Records. Her platinum-certified albums include her first two RCA releases and Watch Me, while her 1995 compilation Reflections: Greatest Hits became her best-selling work with double-platinum status. Several of her BNA Records albums also earned gold certification, establishing her as a notable figure in country music.
