Lillix
Lillix was a Canadian pop rock band from Cranbrook, British Columbia, formed in 1997 by high school friends Tasha-Ray Evin, Lacey-Lee Evin, Louise Burns, and Sierra Hills under the original name Tigerlily. After signing with Maverick Records in 2001, they adopted the name Lillix to avoid conflict with another band. The group underwent drummer changes, with Kim Urhahn and later Alicia Warrington replacing Hills. Their 1997 debut album Falling Uphill achieved international commercial success, selling over half a million copies. Following the collapse of their label, the band entered hiatus in late 2006 and officially disbanded in 2010 after releasing an independent third album.
