Kenny Ball

Kenny Ball was a British jazz musician born on 22 May 1930. He became a prominent figure in the traditional jazz revival that gained popularity in Britain during the mid-twentieth century. Ball led his own ensemble and achieved recognition for his contributions to the jazz scene, performing and recording extensively throughout his career. He remained active in music until his death on 7 March 2013, spanning more than eight decades of life with a significant portion devoted to his musical pursuits.
