The Amazing Stroopwafels
Amazing Stroopwafels is a Dutch pop group from Rotterdam that emerged from street performance in 1979 as a duo. The band became known for their frequent appearances at political demonstrations supporting the SP during election campaigns. With members Wim Kerkhof, Arie van der Graaf, and Rien de Bruin, they have established themselves as one of the Netherlands' most prolific live acts, performing over 6,000 concerts across three decades. Performing primarily in Dutch, the band has built a substantial following both domestically and internationally, with notable touring activity in Denmark.
