Johnny Diesel is an American-born Australian singer-songwriter and musician who has performed under multiple monikers throughout his career, including as leader of Johnny Diesel & the Injectors and as a solo artist. Working across blues rock, pop rock, and rock genres, he has established himself as a notable figure in the Australian music scene since the mid-1960s. His commercial peak came in the early 1990s when two of his albums achieved top positions on the ARIA Albums Charts: Hepfidelity in 1992 and The Lobbyist in 1993, cementing his status as a successful recording artist in Australia.
