Jay & the Techniques was an American pop ensemble that emerged in Allentown, Pennsylvania in the mid-1960s. The group achieved their greatest commercial success with "Apples, Peaches, Pumpkin Pie," a single that climbed into the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 following its 1967 release on the Smash record label. The track became their signature hit and remains a notable example of pop music from that era.
