Jarabe de Palo was a Spanish rock group formed in 1996, blending rock, pop rock, and Latin rock influences. Led by singer, songwriter, and guitarist Pau Donés, the band built a distinctive sound that resonated across Spain and beyond. Donés served as the creative driving force behind the group's musical direction throughout their career. The band's activity spanned over two decades until 2020, when Donés's death led to the group's dissolution, concluding a significant chapter in Spanish rock music.
