The Hesitations

The Hesitations were an American vocal group active during the mid-to-late 1960s. Formed in 1965, the ensemble emerged during a dynamic period in popular music. The group remained active until 1968, during which time they contributed to the soul and R&B landscape of the era. Based in the United States, the Hesitations represented the vocal group tradition that characterized much of 1960s American popular music before the group disbanded.
