Héroes del Silencio

Héroes del Silencio was a Spanish rock band from Zaragoza, formed in 1984 by guitarist Juan Valdivia and vocalist Enrique Bunbury, alongside bassist Joaquín Cardiel and drummer Pedro Andreu. Throughout the 1980s and early 1990s, the group achieved widespread recognition across Spain, the Americas, and various European nations. They became a defining force in the Rock en español movement, earning recognition as one of the genre's most significant acts. The band distinguished itself through intricate songwriting, complex musical arrangements, and tight rhythmic execution. After twelve years of activity, they disbanded in 1996 as members pursued independent projects. In 2007, marking twenty years since their formation, they reunited for a ten-concert world tour.
