Cut the Crap is the sixth and final studio album by the English punk band the Clash, released in November 1985 through CBS Records. The album was recorded in early 1985 at a Munich studio following significant band turmoil, including the removal of co-founder Mick Jones and drummer Topper Headon by remaining members Joe Strummer and Paul Simonon. The replacements were three previously unknown musicians. The recording process was marked by conflict between manager Bernie Rhodes and Strummer over creative control.
