Harry Simeone was an American arranger, conductor, and composer who maintained an active career spanning nearly a century. Simeone is primarily remembered for his direction of the Harry Simeone Chorale, an ensemble that achieved significant popularity with their 1958 recording of "The Little Drummer Boy," which became a widely recognized holiday standard. His work helped establish the piece as a defining Christmas song.
