Perfect Remedy represents the nineteenth studio album from British rock group Status Quo. The album achieved notably poor performance on the British charts, peaking at number 49 and remaining on the charts for only two weeks. Two singles were released from the album—"Not at All" and "Little Dreamer"—which reached numbers 50 and 76 respectively. According to the band members' joint autobiography from 2004, the album performed better commercially in European and Australian markets but underperformed significantly in Britain. The band's chart fortunes improved with their subsequent album in 1991.
