Pre-Madonna is a compilation of demo recordings by Madonna that came out in 1997. Stephen Bray, who produced the tracks during their original recording sessions, released the collection through Soultone as the distributor. The demos were created after Madonna left Breakfast Club and partnered with Bray in 1980 to advance her musical career, with recording taking place at a New York studio called Music Building.
