Earth and Fire

Earth & Fire were a Dutch progressive rock band established in 1968 by twin brothers Chris and Gerard Koerts. The group gained significant prominence following the addition of vocalist Jerney Kaagman in 1970, whose role as frontwoman became central to their identity. Active throughout the 1970s and 1980s, Earth & Fire blended elements of rock, progressive rock, and psychedelic influences with symphonic arrangements, contributing to the broader European progressive music scene. The band remained active until 1990, leaving a notable mark on Dutch popular music during their two-decade existence.
