2 plus 1

Dwa Plus Jeden were a Polish musical group founded in 1971 by Janusz Kruk and Elżbieta Dmoch. The band performed across multiple genres including pop, folk, rock, and synth-pop throughout their two-decade career. They achieved their greatest prominence during the 1970s, recording ten studio albums with three reaching Gold certification in Poland. Notable tracks such as "Chodź, pomaluj mój świat," "Windą do nieba," and "Iść w stronę słońca" became enduring standards. The group also found success in Western Europe and Japan with songs like "Easy Come, Easy Go" and "Singapore." Dwa Plus Jeden performed internationally across Germany, the Soviet Union, the United States, Canada, and Cuba, earning numerous local and international awards. The band ceased activity in 1992 following Kruk's death, though a brief reunion occurred in the late 1990s. They remain influential figures in Polish popular music history.
