Across the Sky

Across the Sky was a Christian rock band formed in Nashville, Tennessee in 2001 by singer-songwriters Ben Kolarcik and Justin Unger. The group's sound blended light rock, pop, and folk influences. Their self-titled debut album, released in 2003, achieved commercial success and included a top ten charting song along with three singles released to wide radio rotation. Recording and touring under Word Records, the band built a following before disbanding in 2005. The group received a Dove Award nomination during their active years and remains notable in contemporary Christian music circles.
