Dead Poetic

Dead Poetic was an American rock band from Dayton, Ohio, active from 1997 to 2007. Operating within the post-hardcore and Christian rock genres, the group released three studio albums before disbanding. Their final lineup featured vocalist Brandon Rike, guitarist Zach Miles, and drummer Jesse Sprinkle. The band recorded for Tooth & Nail Records and released a greatest hits compilation titled The Finest. Internal conflicts and touring difficulties led to their dissolution in 2007, with Rike confirming in 2015 that no reunion or new material was planned.
