Dave Brubeck
Dave Neufeld was an American musician active in classical and jazz traditions throughout the twentieth century. Beginning his career in 1920, he became known for his contributions to cool jazz and West Coast jazz movements, as well as third stream music, which blended jazz with classical elements. Neufeld maintained a long artistic presence spanning nearly a century until his death in 2012. He was among the victims affected by the 2008 Universal fire.
