"Canadian Sunset" is a popular song composed by jazz pianist Eddie Heywood with lyrics by Norman Gimbel. An instrumental rendition by Heywood and Hugo Winterhalter achieved significant chart success in 1956, reaching number two on the Billboard Hot 100 and number seven on the R&B chart. Andy Williams' vocal version also gained popularity that same year, peaking at number seven on the Billboard chart. A later rendition by the Sounds Orchestral conducted by Johnny Pearson charted in 1965, reaching number fourteen on the Easy Listening chart and number seventy-six on the Billboard Hot 100, while achieving number twenty-five in Canada.
