Kingdom of Desire is Toto's eighth studio album, released internationally in September 1992 and in the United States in May 1993. It marks the first album where guitarist Steve Lukather handled all lead vocal responsibilities. The album is notably the final one featuring drummer Jeff Porcaro, who passed away during rehearsals for the accompanying tour, and represents the last recording to include all the Porcaro brothers together. Bob Clearmountain mixed the album, which was dedicated to Porcaro's memory.
