Metal Heart is the sixth studio album by the German heavy metal band Accept, released in 1985. The album marked guitarist Jörg Fischer's return after a two-year absence and was the first album produced by Dieter Dierks. The band pursued a more commercially accessible direction with increased emphasis on hooks and melodies to appeal to the American market. Though initially receiving critical disapproval, the album is now regarded by fans as among Accept's finest works.
