"Dancing Days" by Led Zeppelin appears on their 1973 album Houses of the Holy and was released as a single in the United States. The song was recorded at Stargroves in England during 1972 and drew inspiration from an Indian melody encountered by Jimmy Page and Robert Plant while visiting Bombay. Atlantic Records selected it as the first track from the album to be offered to radio stations, and it premiered on BBC Radio One's Rosko lunch time show in March 1973.
